The German group intends to sell its shares in the Austrian energy company in two or three steps. It currently holds 32.5%.

According to business newspaper Handelsblatt, the German utility company EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG is planning to start a new attempt to sell its shares in Austrian EVN AG.
