New Railway Line in Copenhagen: Invitation to tender for Austrian company Alpine Bau GmbH.

Banedanmark will construct a new dual track electrified railway from Copenhagen to Ringsted via Køge. The track will be designed to handle speed of up to 250 km/h for passenger trains and will be Denmark's first railway for high speed trains. The total construction budget is approximately €1.4bn.
