With the Spanish FCC Group, the second-largest Austrian construction company now has a sole owner. The entrepreneur Dietmar Aluta-Oltyan ceded his 13.5% stake to FCC. The price for this transaction was not announced. According to market rumors, the price totals € 52m. The spokesperson of Alpine, Johannes Gferercommented: “We absolutely cannot confirm this price.”
