The South Korean airline will take over the publicly held stake in the loss-making Czech carrier.

This week, the Czech government has approved the partial takeover. The South Korean carrier will acquire a 44% stake in CSA. Moreover, Korean Air will get one out of three seats in CSA´s supervisory board. Korean Air´s management already said that it wants to take over the remaining shares of CSA held by Cesky Aeroholding.
