OMV concluded the sale of 62 gas stations in Croatia.

Listed oil company OMV has closed the sale of its Marketing affiliation in Croatia to Croatian enterprise Crodux, and hence completed its withdrawal from the Balkan country. The sale contract was signed in February 2013. As per June 1, Crodux took over 62 gas stations in Croatia, the regional office in the capital Zagreb and all 63 employees.
