Google has taken out a lease with CA Immo and E&G Financial Services for the planned Kontorhaus office building, in Munich’s Arnulfpark.

The lease agreement is for a total of 14,000 sqm floor area. Consequently, about 55% of the building has already been leased as building begins. Completion of the building is scheduled for mid-2015.
