CA Immo Commences Hotel Construction in Berlin
The Austrian real estate company invests € 53.2m in the Europacity development project. The hotel is scheduled for completion in 2013.

CA Immo startet to construct a hotel on the Europacity site, adjacent to Berlin's main rail station. Steigenberger Hotels AG has signed a 20-year lease agreement for the eight-story building. The upper-mid-range hotel will be run under the InterCityHotel brand. The total investment volume will be € 53.2m.
