The Bulgarian state withdraws from the Austrian energy company. 33% of the shares in EVN Bulgaria will be privatized.

Bulgaria now withdraws from two subsidiaries of the energy supplier EVN. A privatization agency announced the sale of 33% of EVN Bulgaria´s shares by December 21. As a result, 51,612 shares in EVN Bulgaria Elektrorazpredelenie AD and 62,106 shares in EVN Bulgaria Elektrosnabdyavane AD are offered.
