The UniCredit-subsidiary intends to acquire a major stake of the Austrian real estate company CA Immo.

Currently, Bank Austria holds a 12% share of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG (“CA Immo”). By means of a voluntary bid, Bank Austria plans to raise this position up to 30%. Bank Austria already informed the Federal Competition Authority.
