2010 was another year of gains for Austrian funds: of 1601 funds, 1464, showed a positive performance.

The Vereinigung Österreichischer Investmentgesellschaften (VÖIG, Association of Austrian Investment Companies) reported a very positive year for the industry. The performance achieved was on average 8.71%. However, the figures of 2009 could not be reached. In the first year of the recovery, the performance was 19.25%.
