Agricultural exports were able to recover, but have not reached yet the 2008 level.

Austria exported agricultural products for € 7.55bn in 2010. Imports for the same period amount to approximately € 8.3bn. "With this development, the 2009 slump of over 10% has been clearly overcome,” according to Agrarmarkt Austria Marketing (AMA, Agricultural Marketing Austria).
