Austrian Industrial Sector Fears Drop in Exports

In the first five months of 2012, Austrian exports were only up by 3%. The outlook is rather gloomy. The Austrian Chamber of Commerce demonstrates pessimism.

The Austrian industrial sector is highly dependent on foreign trade. About 75% of the turnover is based on exports. Above all, the order stock is shrinking considerably.
