From January to November 2010, Austrian foreign trade grew substantially. Imports and exports increased by 15.8%

According to preliminary results by Statistics Austria, total imports amounted to € 103.43bn and total exports amounted to € 99.87bn in the period January to November 2010. Austrian imports as well as Austrian exports increased by 15.8% compared to the same period in 2009. The global foreign trade balance showed a deficit of € 3.56bn.
