Since 2000, Austrian companies have invested more than € 3bn in the Balkan country.

According to the Serbian National Bank, Austria remains the biggest investor in the country. Since the year 2000, Austrian companies have invested more than € 3bn in Serbia. Greece, the second biggest investor country, follows with total investments of € 1.7bn.
