The Austrian Raiffeisen Zentralbank (RZB) is about to fulfill its obligations, which have been outstanding for five months, to the partly nationalized Volksbanken AG (VBAG). Raiffeisen has been interested in taking over Volksbanken Leasing International (VBLI) which is owned by the VBAG by 50 percent. The rest is held indirectly by the german DZ-Bank.
