Austria: Porr to Increase Capital

Listed construction company Porr AG intends to get up to € 20.7m from the stock exchange. The offer only includes selected investors and existing shareholders.

As announced by the company on Wednesday evening, Porr has decided on an issue of up to 287,698 shares at a subscription price of € 72 per share. Existing shareholders have the subscription right at a ratio of 9 to 1. The subscription period will be from April 30 to May 14.
