Construction cost index for residential buildings increased by 1.8 percent in July 2013.

Construction costs in July were lower than in June. The construction cost index for construction of residential buildings reached 106.6 index points for July 2013, according to calculations by Statistics Austria. This represents an increase of 1.8 percent over July 2012. In comparison to June 2013 the index decreased by 0.1 percent.
