The real estate company recorded positive net earnings in 2010. Profits amounted to € 111.06m.

After significant losses in 2009 (€ 448.97m), Atrium managed to turn its figures into black. Dividends per share have been raised from € 0.12 to € 0.14. The Company will pay a € 0.035 quarterly dividend on 31 March 2011, with an ex date of 22 March 2011 and a record date of 24 March 2011.
