The Polish Strabag subsidiary is under investigation for cartel collusion in public tenders.

Strabag spokeswoman Diana Klein confirmed that in a corresponding "format" report.
"We deny any allegation of a cartel," said Klein. The matter will now be examined by internal audit. About three weeks ago a board member of the Polish subsidiary of Strabag was arrested, interrogated and released on bail.
