After several months of negotiations a decision has been made: The group will be split up, ATB and Montanwerke Brixlegg will be sold to foreign investors.

A-Tec Industries AG will be sold to Contor Industries GmbH. The insolvent group today announced that it has accepted the offer of Contor Industries to fulfill the 47% quota under the restructuring plan.
