The CEO of the insolvent Austrian group wants to finalize the deal with an investor before resigning from his position. Negotiations with Penta have been suspended.

Mirko Kovats, CEO and majority owner of A-Tec, has announced that he will withdraw from his position by the end of the year. A spokeswoman of the insolvent conglomerate has confirmed reports on that effect. “My mission at A-Tec will be completed as soon as an investor is found”, stated Kovats.
