Amid geopolitical uncertainty and shifting global energy markets, the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) has significantly strengthened its diplomatic and economic ties with Asia’s two largest energy consumers. Within days, OPEC Secretary-General Haitham Al Ghais traveled to Beijing and New Delhi for high-level energy talks.
