Deutsche Bahn (DB) is to receive compensations by Austrian steel manufacturer voestalpine.

As the first member of the rail cartel, voestalpine will pay the German Railways damages. According to Süddeutsche Zeitung, DB is to receive around € 50m in compensation for damages by the listed steel manufacturer.
