The Austrian energy group is looking for new management board members in the period from 2014 to 2018.

At a meeting on 14 December 2012 and at the suggestion of Verbund Supervisory Board Chairman Gilbert Frizberg, the Supervisory Board and the Supervisory Board's nomination committee decided to post four Managing Board positions, since all of the positions belonging to the current Managing Board members will expire on 31 December 2013.
