In the last weeks, insiders reported that Verbund may sell its shareholding in the joint venture company “Enerjisa” to German eon. Verbund holds a 50% in Enerjisa. In August, surprising rumors on Verbund came up. Sabanci Holding was said to be dissatisfied with Verbund as Sabanci pushes for quicker growth.
