The Austrian energy group sells its interest in Enerjisa to German E.ON. Verbund will re-focus on hydro power.

As reported by Vindobona, Verbund was already said to sell its interest in the joint venture company “Enerjisa” to German E.ON in August. Now, the negotiations between Verbnd and the German energy group are almost finished. Verbund holds a 50% in Enerjisa. The remaining 50% are held by Verbund´s Turkish partner Sabanci Holding.
