Upward Trend in Polish Property Market Continues

In Poland, the property market continues to grow significantly. There are no signs of a cool-down.

On average, Polish residential property prices were up by 12.7% last year. In larger Polish cities, flat prices are growing by 0.5% per month. Last year, the highest price increase among Polish cities was observed in Katowice (+22.0%), Krakow (+19.0%), Lublin (+12.4%), Warsaw (+12.1%) and Gdansk (+12.1%).
