Uniqa: Boss Klien Will Leave Mid-2011

The Supervisory Board of Uniqa has decided that CEO Konstantin Klien (59) will retire prematurely in mid 2011.

His deputy, Andreas Brandstetter (41) will be his successor. Brandstetter has been on the Board of the company since 2002 and is responsible for the new Eastern European markets and banking relationships. Since autumn 2009 Brandstetter is vice-chairman of the Board of the stock exchange listed company.
