Bulgaria is going to sell its minority stake in an electricity distributor operated by the Austrian energy company.

UniCredit SpA and Raiffeisen Bank International AG have bought tender documents to broker Bulgaria's 33% stake sale in Austria's EVN AG and Prague-based CEZ AS units, Sofia News Agency reported.
