Treibacher Industrieholding GmbH has acquired a majority stake in Styrian Austria Email AG, a manufacturer of water heaters. The existing shareholding of approximately 40% has been raised to 90%, the remaining shares are free float. The private equity firm Buy-Out Central Europe II AG on Friday accepted Treibacher’s offer for taking over the majority of shares, both companies stated.…
