Telekom Srbija: Improvement required of Telekom Austria

Telekom Austria, as the only bidder is required by the Serbian government to improve its bid significantly in the currently stopped selling process.

The bid of Telekom Austria was delivered last week to the Serbian government. 51% of the shares of the telecommunications company are to be sold; Telekom Austria as the only remaining bidder offered € 800m to € 950m. This was significantly lower than the minimum bid of € 1.4bn requested by Serbia.
