The sugar company Südzucker and its Austrian holding, Agrana, have divided the sugar market by collusion with another provider from 2004 to 2008 and are to be imposed a fine for a yet undisclosed amount, informed the Austrian Federal Competition Authority (Bundeswettbewerbsbehörde - BWB).
