Slovak Property Market Recovers

For the first time since 2008, property prices were up in the fourth quarter of 2012.

Compared to the prior quarter, property prices were up by 0.6% in the last quarter of 2012. The average price per square meter reached € 1,247. Compared to the fourth quarter of 2011, the price increase came at 0.9%. This is the first price increase since 2008. The highest prices are recorded in the Bratislava region.
