The Austrian waste treatment acquired a stake in the largest Croatian waste management company. Now, the stake is sold again.

In April 2011, the Styrian waste management company Saubermacher acquired 60% in Eko-Flor Plus, which is the largest private Croatian waste management companies. Now, the transaction is being revoked. “After that, we are not engaged in Croatia anymore.” CEO Hans Roth commented.
