„Industriemagazin“ has written that the Carinthian Hypo Alpe Adria Bank has filed a bankruptcy petition against the stock exchange listed company S&T. As a consequence the bank would make use of the rights of lien owing to the existence of some fears that the company intends to move to London because the British bankruptcy law is very accommodating for debtors.
