Sales of Intersport Austria-group grew by 7.4% to € 667.7m (2008/2009: € 622m) in the financial year 2009/2010.

Intersport Austria currently comprises 150 Intersport dealers with 338 Intersport specialty stores in Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
In Austria, the sporting goods stores dealing under the brand Intersport grew significantly more with a 6.6% sales increase than the overall sporting goods market (2009: 3.5%; € 2,150m).
