Sale of Brixlegg Concluded

The former copper-division of the insolvent Austrian A-Tec Group has been sold to the Swiss Umcor AG.

The Zurich-based Umcor Group acquired Montanwerke Brixlegg AG. The sale price was not disclosed. Brixlegg, which is specialized in the production of copper products, was a division of Mirko Kovats´ A-Tec Group. A-Tec filed for insolvency in October 2010.
