Result of OMV‘s Extraordinary General Meeting 2012: The chairman of ÖIAG (Austrian Industrial Holding) was elected as a member of the Supervisory Board.

Due to the resignation of Markus Beyrer from the Supervisory Board as of end of October 2012, Rudolf Kemler was elected as member of the Supervisory Board until the close of the General Meeting deciding on the discharge for the 2013 financial year.
