The German Federal Cartel Office has today served Rosenbauer with official notice of fines totalling € 10.5m to be imposed upon Rosenbauer International AG and Rosenbauer Feuerwehrtechnik GmbH. Rosenbauer will not contest the official decision imposing the fine, which is based upon a Settlement Agreement reached with the Federal Cartel Office.
