The two Austrian construction companies are suspected to have participated in three price arrangements. The order volume is € 190m.

Romania´s cartel authorities introduced investigations against several construction companies. Also the Romanian subsidiaries of Strabag and Alpine are concerned. Three orders between 2008 and 2010 worth € 190m are being checked. Both companies are suspected to have participated in price arrangements, as both were shortlisted for the projects.
