The Austrian producer of refractory materials takes over Premier Periclase Ltd. for a price of € 21m.

RHI AG is going to expand its supply with own raw materials in Europe. The company on Friday announced that it has signed a contract to acquire Premier Periclase Ltd., Ireland, from the international building materials group CRH plc. The purchasing price amounts to € 21m; the closing took place with effect of today.
