In 2013 or 2014, the Austrian insurance company plans a Re-IPO. At the moment, the preparations are already under way.

According to CEO Andreas Brandstetter, a Re-IPO is Uniqa´s to priority. Uniqa´s shareholder structure should be amended in October. Minority shareholders should sell their stakes, Brandstetter explained. The free float should increase up to 49%. The joint lead management banks should be selected in the next weeks.
