Uniqa Interested in NKBM´s Insurance Subsidiary

The Vienna-listed Uniqa insurance group is interested in Zavarovalnica Maribor (ZM), which is owned by the financially stricken bank NKBM. A spokesman of Uniqa confirmed the intention to acquired ZM:
