RBI (Raiffeisen Bank International) is attaining a portfolio of private clients by Citibank via affiliate Raiffeisen Bank S. A.

According to a statement by Raiffeisen, the contract was signed today. The purchase does not come as a surprise since the media has already been reporting about the plans of acquisition.
