The Austrian investor Ronny Pecik is said to be interested in acquiring the Southeast European subsidiaries of nationalized Hypo Group.

The nationalized Austrian bank Hypo Group sells its assets in Southeastern Europe. In order to facilitate the sale, Hypo Group will bundle the affiliates and the leasing units in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia and Montenegro.
