The Austrian investor Ronny Pecik is said to put effort in replacing the current chairman of Telekom Austria´s supervisory board, Markus Beyrer.

Ronny Pecik, who already owns 20.1% in Telekom Austria´s shares, wants to become elected as chairman of the supervisory board. Since 2010, the CEO of the state holding ÖIAG occupies this position. ÖIAG holds a 28.4% stake. The supervisory board could be elected in spring. Pecik is said to collect voting rights in order to reach that target, he needs 30% in Telekom Austria´s voting…
