The industrial holding group MTH may acquire the Austrian subsidiary of the insolvent German Schlecker Group.

After the insolvency of the German chemist chain Schlecker, the future of the Austrian subsidiary is still uncertain. Schlecker Austria employs 3,000 workers and operates 930 branches.
