Vienna Airport: plus 8.6% in passengers during March 2012. Cargo volume continues to decrease.

The number of passengers handled by Vienna Airport rose by 8.6% year-on-year to 1,700,590 in March 2012. From January to March, the passenger number was up by 9.2% to 4,485,787.

Flight movements were down by 2.7% to 20,198 in March. In the first three months, 56,238 flight movements were registered, which corresponds to a decline by 2.0%.
