The Austrian manufacturer of etiquettes takes over the Ukrainian subsidiary by 100%.

Marzek now benefits from its expansion activities in Ukraine during the crisis. Because of the big domestic market and the customs union with Russia, Marzek went to Ukraine in 2009.
