The Viennese investment house EPIC completed the acquisition of Ukrainian UkrTelekom. The financial investor’s Ukrainian subsidiary EPIC Services Ukraine (ESU) paid € 921m for 92.79% of the telecommunications provider. On May 11 ESU took over as the new owner of UkrTelekom.
